We do our best to provide our customers the support they need to get the most out of the products they have bought from us.
The most direct support we provide, is our Online Support found just right from here. This starts up a chat with a supporter and if problems can't be solved by simple chat, the supporter can establish a connection with the customers computer, and either look at the customers desktop which enables us to see-with-our-own-eyes or we can even take control over the computer (with your approval first) and try ourself.
We also use Skype to support our customers, and you also find the relevant SkypeID's to the right.
